Meet Melanie

From the outside, my life looked like something I had once dreamed of.

Before I became a coach, I built and ran highly successful martial arts schools with my husband. I was driven, disciplined, and capable. The kind of woman people look at and think, “she has it all together.”

But internally, it was a different story.

I lived under constant pressure to perform, to hold everything together, to be “on” all the time. My identity was tied to what I did and how well I did it… and no matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough.

I didn’t feel like enough.

I was exhausted, but didn’t know how to slow down. I loved God, but didn’t experience the peace I thought I was supposed to. So I did what high-achieving women do best… I tried harder.

More discipline. More effort. More pressure.

But nothing created the lasting change I was desperate for. Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to force transformation and started allowing God to meet me in the places I had been hiding, even from myself.

Instead of pushing through, I learned how to slow down.
Instead of judging myself, I learned how to be safe with myself. Instead of performing for God, I learned how to actually be with Him.

And that changed everything.

I began to experience real peace, deep security, and a genuine connection with God. Not because I was doing more, but because I was finally living from a place of being known and loved.

My Approach to Coaching

That’s the work I do now.

I help women who love God but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in cycles of pressure, perfectionism, and self-criticism.

Through a blend of biblical truth, practical coaching tools, and deep emotional work, I help you change the relationship you have with yourself so you can experience the peace, freedom, and connection with God you've been longing for.

Because real transformation doesn’t come from trying harder.

It comes from learning how to live from a place of being deeply loved, fully known, and completely safe in Him.

And from that place… everything changes.

What Makes This Different

Most of my clients could continue figuring things out on their own.

 

They’re more than capable of that!

But what they often find is that having a space to process out loud, be challenged thoughtfully, and see things from a different perspective changes what feels possible.

 

Not because they didn’t have the ability, but because they were never meant to carry it alone.
